Base-less Floor-Mounted Design
Direct installation onto the floor without a raised base frame, ensuring seamless integration with cleanroom flooring (e.g., raised access panels or epoxy floors).
Eliminates dust accumulation points for enhanced cleanliness.
Vertical Laminar Airflow (ISO 5/Class 100)
HEPA-filtered unidirectional airflow (0.45 m/s ±20%) maintains ISO 5 conditions within the chamber.
Optional ULPA filters (U15-U17) for higher particle retention.
Sampling Room-Style Construction
Stainless steel 304/316L interior with smooth, radiused corners for easy decontamination (compatible with VHP, ethanol, etc.).
Double-walled panels with insulated cores to minimize thermal transfer and noise.
Interlocked Pass-Through Doors
Mechanical or electronic interlocks prevent simultaneous opening of both sides, maintaining pressure differentials.
