Product Description
The sampling clean vehicle is a mobile isolation protection device for the pollution-free transfer of drugs or samples in the pharmaceutical industry and laboratories. It transports the purified class-100 vertical unidirectional flow to the storage compartment through a fan and a high-efficiency filter, thereby purifying and protecting medicines and samples. Class 100 laminar and glass doors and other isolation and protection facilities, so that the storage cabin and the external form of positive pressure difference, to prevent the sampling vehicle through the low-grade area of external air pollution storage cabin.The sampling clean vehicle is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply, which can move freely without plugging in wires.
Product Features
1. The whole is made of stainless steel plate, beautiful and easy to clean.
2. Equipped with high-quality casters, the sampling clean vehicle moves smoothly and can effectively buffer vibration. When loading or taking out items, lightly step on the brake pads
of the casters to fix the position.
3. The storage cabin has tempered glass windows on three sides and a tempered glass door on the front side. The vertical airflow makes the storage cabin form a positive pressure difference to the outside, which can effectively prevent the entry of external pollutant airflow.
4. Equipped with high-capacity UPS uninterruptible power supply, the battery can work continuously for about 4 hours when the battery is fully charged, and the vehicle can be wireless.
5. Equipped with air volume adjustment function, the air speed can be adjusted in three gears: high, medium and low.
6. Equipped with a pointer differential pressure gauge to monitor the differential pressure at the upper and lower wind ends of the high-efficiency filter in real time.
7. Configure the PAO testing port to verify the integrity of the high-efficiency filter installation to meet the requirements of GMP specification.
