Product Description

Laminar passbox is a type of airflow isolation device in clean room. When transferring object, it can automatically purify the airflow in the work area through fans and high-efficiency filters, and circulate the purified clean airflow to the work area, thereby dynamically maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and effectively preventing cross contamination of rooms on both sides of the pass-box. It is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps inside, which can effectively kill the microorganisms and bacteria that grow in the work area, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the work area more reliably.

 

Product Features

1. The body is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with a curved bending in the working area for easy wiping and cleaning.

2. Configure PAO testing port for verifying the installation integrity of high-efficiency filters. Simultaneously configure a differential pressure gauge to monitor the real-time usage of high-efficiency filters.
3. Configure a user-friendly touch screen interface with simple and clear operation. Flexible setting of self-cleaning and sterilization time, with the ability to view cumulative sterilization and reset cumulative sterilization.
4. The controller automatically controls the process, greatly simplifying the tedious operations of users and facilitating their use as below:
(1) During use, the controller can automatically interlock.
(2) During self purification, the self purification countdown is displayed intuitively and automatically locked to ensure the completion of the preset self purification time.
(3) After self purification, it can be automatically unlocked. If the door is not opened to remove the object after a certain period of time, the system will automatically sound to remind the user to remove the object.
(4) If the user forgets to close the door after picking up the object, it will sound 5 minutes to remind the user to close the door.
(5) It can automatically turn off the ultraviolet sterilization lamp according to the preset time when the lamp is on.
5. Configure sealing strips in card slot type to door panel, which are more durable and reliable in terms of air tightness compared to traditional adhesive sealing strips.
