HEPA gel seal filter
 

The liquid gel seal HEPA air filter is an ideal terminal filter for industrial clean rooms and biological clean rooms, as well as an ideal accessory for other purification equipment. Liquid sealing is a method superior to the conventional with mechanical compression device sealing.
The filtration efficiency is 99.999%@0.5um, which can filter large particles of dust and reach the 100-level purification level (in line with ISO14644 international standard).

Diffuser Plate

Coated plate or stainless as diffuser plate materials can be selected.
Multi-sided punching design on the diffuser plate is good for homogenizing air supply.

 

Casing

The casing is made of 304 stainless steel material and processed with integrated sheet metal technology. Color can be stainless steel original color or spray coating as this sample.
The material can also be coated plate.
The interface position can be designed according to customer requirements, either on top or by side.

Valve of air flow
